Pricing

How much does catering typically cost?

Pricing depends on your guest count, menu selections, and event details. We don't publish flat rates because every event is different — that's why we build a fully custom quote. No vague estimates, no surprise fees. You'll have a clear number before you commit to anything.

Do you require a deposit to hold the date?

Yes — a deposit is required to officially secure your date on our calendar. The deposit amount and payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote before you sign anything. No surprises.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

We keep things transparent. If travel fees apply for your location, they'll be included in your quote upfront. What's in the quote is what you pay — we don't add charges after you've signed.

Logistics & Setup

What do you need from us for setup?

Very little. We bring everything we need — equipment, service, and supplies. We just need accessible outdoor space and a flat surface for our setup. We'll walk through the specifics when we connect.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Setup typically begins before your event start time and breakdown wraps up shortly after. We handle everything from start to finish — you won't need to lift a finger before or after. We'll confirm the exact timing when we go over your event details.

Do you travel outside the local area?

Yes — we serve events across Greater Dallas/Fort-Worth, TX and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area. We'll include that clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.

Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your event for the best availability. That said — send us your details regardless of the timeline. We'll do everything we can to make it work.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting a quote request?

Fast. A team member will reach out shortly after you submit with a couple of quick questions about your event. From there, we'll get you scheduled for a short consultation call to go over the details and confirm availability.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be clearly outlined in your agreement before you sign. If your date changes, reach out as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
